The slitting machine adopts embedded cutter head type design, its cutting cross section is straight and does not pull out the fiber, which is the key point to eliminate paper hair.
Our slitting machine can be widely used for cutting white cardboard, FBB folding box board ，art board , duplex board with grey back, food grade ivory board , offset paper, art paper , white kraft paper etc. .
The knife roll adopts double rotary spiral knife roll design, small cutting force, neat paper section, high efficiency, smooth rotation; German precision bearings and cut-off knife, high cutting accuracy; light touch computer interface control, easy to operate; reasonably designed anti-curvature device can effectively remove the curvature of the paper roll, so that the paper is more flat, and is more conducive to the stability of the tension of the paper roll.
The cutted paper does not need to trim, can be directly on the printing machine, effectively improve the economy and reduce the production cost.
